Cancellation Policy

At Maddie Tait Podiatry, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and service to all our patients. To ensure fair and efficient scheduling, we kindly ask all patients to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be in need.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

· Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

· Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee.

Running Late

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do occur. Please reach out to us if you believe your situation warrants an exception — we are always happy to discuss individual cases with understanding and fairness.
